Returns

We hope you love everything you order from Wild Arrow Boutique! We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out, and we're happy to accept eligible returns for store credit.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

Unworn and unwashed
Free of odors, including smoke, perfume, and pet odors
Free of makeup, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear
Returned with original tags attached
In its original condition

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for store credit.

Final Sale Items

All sale, discounted, and final sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Once your return has been received and approved, your store credit will be issued electronically and can be used toward a future purchase at wildarrowinc.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Before mailing a return, please contact us at sales.wildarrow@gmail.com for return instructions and the current return mailing address.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Wild Arrow Boutique is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
